AGREEMENT FOR GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SITE USE

1. INTRODUCTION This Agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of the website www.propeptides.net (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you (the "User") expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. This Agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between the User and ProPeptides, LLC ("ProPeptides"). If the User does not agree to the terms and conditions contained within this Agreement, the User must immediately cease any and all use of the Website.

2. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS ProPeptides reserves the right to amend or modify the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website by the User following the posting of amendments or modifications shall constitute acceptance of such changes. It is the responsibility of the User to periodically review the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

3. ELIGIBILITY 3.1 Users must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to access or use the Website. By accessing or using the Website, the User affirms that they meet this age requirement. 3.2 The User represents and warrants that they are a qualified researcher, scientist, or entity authorized to handle research chemicals and materials and that all products purchased from the Website shall be handled in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. PAYMENT TERMS 4.1 All financial transactions conducted through the Website shall be remitted to ProPeptides, LLC. 4.2 By engaging in a transaction with ProPeptides, the User authorizes the initiation of a one-time electronic funds transfer from the User’s designated bank account for the total amount of the order. 4.3 Payments initiated after 11:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time shall be processed on the subsequent business day. 4.4 Upon selection of the “Place Order” button, the payment process shall be deemed final, and no alterations or corrections shall be permitted thereafter. 4.5 Users are advised to retain a printed copy of this authorization for their records.

5. RESEARCH USE ONLY DISCLAIMER 5.1 All products listed on the Website are strictly for research purposes only and intended for in-vitro use only. 7. ORDERS AND SHIPPING 7.1 Orders are subject to availability and approval. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. 7.2 Payment must be made in full before shipment. We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed. 7.3 All prices are subject to change without notice. 7.4 We ship only to approved locations. Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted. 7.5 If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt, and we will work to resolve the issue at our discretion. 7.6 We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers. 7.7 For international orders, the User acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with customs delays, seizures, or additional taxes and duties imposed by the destination country. 7.8 ProPeptides shall not be responsible for shipments delayed or confiscated by customs authorities, and no refunds or replacements shall be issued under such circumstances.

8. BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES 8.1 The buyer is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary expertise, facilities, and legal authorization to purchase and handle our products. 8.2 The buyer must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety protocols when handling research materials. 8.3 The buyer must ensure that the products are used only for their intended research purposes and not for human or animal use.

9. 12. FORCE MAJEURE Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions, shall absolve ProPeptides from liability for delays or failures in performance.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By placing an order the User affirms their acceptance of all terms and conditions contained herein, including but not limited to the Shipping and Refunds Policy. If the User does not agree to these terms, they must refrain from completing any transaction.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and ProPeptides concerning the use of the Website. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, with the remaining provisions continuing in full force and effect.
